What’s interesting about the Genesis sedan and perhaps, less familiar to automotive fans, is the fact that development process of the best Hyundai ever lasted longer than it normally does.

It took Hyundai almost five years to develope it’s first true luxury sedan. The development process lasted so long actually, that the original Genesis design already lost it’s appeal.

Before it’s official launch, Hyundai decided the vehicle needs a heavy exterior makeover (bravo Hyundai!) and pumped another $50 millions to redesign it’s exterior.
