2015 Hyundai Aslan Luxury Car Launched In Korea
Hyundai Motor is set to unveil its new luxury sedan this week.
The Aslan (Turkish for lion) will make its debut this Thursday.
The new vehicle will be released later in the year, but what is already obvious is that this front-wheel sedan looks great inside and out, and will have a driving performance to match.
Codenamed the AG, the vehicle was first unveiled at the Busan International Motor Show earlier in the year.
The official word from Hyundai is that the 2015 Aslan luxury car will have a luxurious exterior and a drivability that is top notch.

The name comes from the fact that the vehicle is like a lion in that it is totally composed, yet can turn into a beast on a moment’s notice.
The front-wheel drive Aslan will slot nicely into the space between the Genesis and Grandeur in terms of size.
It will be roughly the same height and width as the Grandeur, but will be a few centimeters longer. It will have either a 3.0- or 3.3-liter engine under the hood, which puts it in line with the high-end Grandeur models.
Hyundai has also said that the Fluidic Sculpture 2.0 design language has been applied to the Aslan. The style, which represents flowing water, has already been seen on the new Sonata and the new Genesis sedans.
While no official announcement has been made yet, expect the Aslan to come in at around 40-45 million won.
This will represent the first time in 3 years that Hyundai Korea has delivered a 100% new vehicle, with the i40 being the last to fit that mold.
It is clear what Hyundai hope to achieve with the Aslan sedan, and that is to go head to head with imported cars, whose domestic share is set to cross the 15% mark this year.
