2021 Hyundai Kona: Possible Release Date, Changes & Upgrades (Rumors)
The 2021 Hyundai Kona is in the pipeline, set to be launched in the United States later this year!
When Kona first debut roughly two years ago, it was the smallest Hyundai crossover vehicle in the USA.
In a relatively short period of time, it became a very popular choice among consumers. The sales have rapidly increased and it now stands as the 3rd best-selling Hyundai crossover in the United States with monthly sales figures averaging in-between the 5.000 to 7.000 units.
In order to keep their funky crossover competitive in this fierce marketplace, which was lately affected with the “corona crisis”, Hyundai will launch a slightly upgraded 2021 Kona in the months to come.
2021 Hyundai Kona U.S. release date
The official US release date of the 2021 Hyundai Kona hasn’t been announced yet.
Usually, Hyundai Motor America brings their “new model year” vehicles to the market in summer or autumn.
This year, however, we may see the arrival of cars such as the Kona 2021 slightly delayed.
Due to the worldwide Covid-19 outbreak, car production at major automakers stopped for a couple of weeks. This may have affected the Kona production to this extend that a revised, 2021 model may have a short delay before it hits the U.S. Hyundai dealerships.
So, the 2021 Kona is definitely coming to U.S., the only question remains when exactly. Stay tuned as we will keep you updated on its official arrival date.
