IsoTorque differential for Hyundai Genesis high performance car
Hyundai is going to unveil a Torvec IsoTorque differential equipped high-performance sports car at the 2011 SEMA!
Hyundai has yet to reveal more details about the high-performance sports car, which is scheduled to debut at the forth-coming 2011 SEMA, but we can already reveal that the un-named sporty coupe will use an IsoTorque differential provided by renowned Torvec, Inc.
Torvec is company specialized in development of highly advanced automotive and hydraulic power technologies. It manufactures IsoTorque differential, which vastly improves the traction, handling, performance and safety of cars.
According to latest reports, Hyundai engineers have been working with Torvec for more than 12 months, testing the IsoTorque differential in both South Korea and California with positive results.
“We are pleased by the IsoTorque’s performance thus far in our testing and believe it is a worthy addition to our SEMA show car,” commented David Dutko, Senior Engineer at Hyundai Motor America.
At this point, we have no further details about the so-called high-performance Hyundai car, but latesr rumors suggest that the mystery SEMA show car will be based on a rear-wheel-drive 2012 Hyundai Genesis Coupe. The rumor confirms our previous statement about Hyundai unveiling a couple of Velosters and Genesis Coupe at the 2011 SEMA auto show.
