Hyundai Genesis Prada images released ahead of Seoul auto show
Special edition Hyundai Genesis Prada to be unveiled at the 2009 Seoul Auto Show!
The myriad of new and existing vehicles that Hyundai plans to put on display at this years Seoul Auto Show will include the special and very exclusive edition of the Genesis sedan, which has been developed together with Prada - a trendy and very famous European fashion label.
Ahead of its official debut, Hyundai released these two images previewing the final product of a collaborative work between the two companies. Their final goal was to create the vehicle that combines the best technology and industrial design with quality materials, craftsmanship and an innovative new approach aimed at creating a new driving experience.
Hyundai Genesis Prada received many luxurious upgrades compared to the conventional Genesis sedan. The exterior of the Genesis PRADA has been coated in the special matte-finish dark-blue paint. The vehicle wears exclusive 20-inch nine-spoke alloy wheels while the interior includes illuminated flooring, door trims and white “Saffiano” leather on the seats and dash.
The Genesis Prada sedan has been developed over the past four months and includes only three exclusive examples. The one we see here will be unveiled at the auto show in Seoul and later put on display at Hyundai Motors headquarters, while the other two will be auctioned at the Prada Transformer with the income donated to the charity. Only 3 in total? Nice. Keep it exclusive. Hyundai could still have made it a special production run to 250 units total for Korea and I bet they all would have sold out.
Korean’s have an affinity for Italian products and Prada does very well here. I hope they raise a lot of money for charity..

that leather is actually a really nice type of leather but in that tone you will have to be careful with it. I think they are on their way to really creating a great line up vehicles.

I think in next year I can buy it. Anybody know, how much it cost?
