2010 Hyundai Sonata YF spy shots

2010 Sonata/i40
The image above is believed is believed to be the next generation Hyundai Sonata. Hyundai is developing the successor of its very important mid-sized sedan model under the YF project name. We have been heard that YF Sonata will hit the streets in 2010 as a ’11 model year.
So far, any other details are slim as how the next generation Sonata/i40 will shape up. But we are expecting to see a little bit more expressive and sporty design implemented to the vehicle compared to “old” Sonata model.

This future Sonata looks like a BMW serie 5. Actually, it’s not a bad thing, but it’s not sure that it will be as pleasant to drive as the German car. It would be interesting to know if it will be a front or a rear wheel drive.

C’mon people.. let’s not jump to conclusion on its looks. We dont even know how it really looks like. Give Hyundai a chance.

Have had many luxury vehicles.
Hyundai has me next.
If the 2010 looks like this. Wife wants it.
Remember, price and warranty.
I think Hyundai is the best bang for the buck.
Looking heavly at the Genesis also. Major price differance.
However, you also get a lot of vehicle for the money.

Don’t forget Kia. Built on the same platform, using same engines, but tweaked for more sporty handling and has sportier design…

Easy there Ramji – I wouldn’t call people ‘Idiots’ for commenting on a teaser photo. Sometimes these turn out to be reality, sometimes they dont. I think most people visiting this site realize that the 2010 Sonata appearance is not official. Doesn’t mean it won’t exist or prototypes not in existence.. Hence possible rederings or SPY PICS..

The Maxima was redesigned for the 2009 model year and made its debut at the 2008 New York International Auto Show. This rendering is NOT the Nissan Maxima.
I REALLY hope the new Sonata looks like this. Simple, elegant, clean and sporty lines. Substantial presence. I clear winner in my opinion..

here is roughly the new sonata will look like.i suspect some minor changes will be for other markets.. especially the interior as it looks like the currnet one
