New Hyundai i20 Trim Levels
There are 6 trim levels available including the:
- base S
- S Air
- S Blue
- SE
- Premium
- range-topping Premium SE
The price mentioned above is of course for the base model i20 S, which has standard features such as remote central locking, electric front windows, and a stereo radio with USB connectivity.
For an extra £750 you can get the i20 S Air, which also features air conditioning.
Both models come with a 1.2L petrol 4-cylinder engine under the hood.
Coming in at a starting price of £12,445 is the Hyundai i20 S Blue, which has a number of fuel saving features, not to mention a 1.1L CRDI diesel engine that keeps CO2 emissions to just 84 g/km.
Hyundai believes that the most popular model will be the loaded i20 SE model, which comes in at £12,725.
Voice-activated Bluetooth, 16-inch alloys, cruise control with speed limiter, rear electric windows, lane-departure warning system, and rear parking sensors are just a few of the standard features included.
Consumers also get to choose between a 1.2L or 1.4L petrol engine and a 1.1L and 1.4L CRDI diesel.
If luxury is what you are after, you will find it on the all-new i20 Premium, which comes with automatic headlights and wipers, climate control, LED lights and tinted glass. You will also find a standard smartphone dock that can handle most of today’s most popular smartphones. This model starts at £13,725.
The top of the range Premium SE starts at £14,725, and comes with features such as heated front seats and steering wheel, front parking sensors, and a panoramic glass sunroof.
The Premium and Premium SE come with the option of any engine in the i20 lineup, except for the 1.1-liter diesel.
Optional Features
Hyundai states that the new i20 hatchback is the only vehicle of its kind currently on the market to offer the full-size panoramic sunroof option.
It also comes with a rather cavernous 326-liter boot, which is the biggest in the supermini category. The models at the top of the line come with a boot that is a little less spacious.
You also have the opportunity to select a built-in touchscreen navigation system from the options list.
Safety is well represented, with 6 airbags, a tire pressure monitoring system, and electronics that help control grip and stability all included.
