Hyundai June 2011 sales at record high!
Hyundai announces June 2011 sales! Sets an all-time sales record for both the month of June and in the first half of 2011.
Hyundai’s total sales for June stood at 59.209 units as against 51.205 units in June, 2010 registering a cumulative growth of 16 percent. With year-to-date sales up 26 percent, Hyundai is well on track to meet its annual US-market sales target of 624.000 units!
Brisk sales of new models, including new Elantra and Sonata sedan have helped the fastest growing carmaker on the planet to set an all-time sales record for the month of June. The best-selling nameplate in the carmaker’s U.S. lineup last month was the Elantra compact sedan, which posted a 40 percent increase in sales (19.992 units sold).
Taking second spot last month was the Sonata mid-size sedan that posted gains of 4 percent with 18.644 sold for the month. For the year, sales for the Sonata were up 28 percent. Hyundai Santa Fe SUV and Tucson crossover vehicle recorded sales of 7.987 units and 4.406 units, respectively.
It’s no surprise to see the Genesis line-up continue to shine. The Genesis sedan has just received a major styling update with addition of new 5.0 R-Specs trim. The 2012 Hyundai Genesis posted sales of 3.149 units for June 2011 compared to 2.569 units sold last June.
With the recent launch of the all-new 2012 Hyundai Accent and forth-coming Veloster coupe, Hyundai should continue to post healthy sales in the second half of the year. [Source: Hyundai]

Either update the Azera or kill it! Selling 1,095 units in 6 months is a waste of production facilities.
Look at the manufacture date on the Door Jam. Probably none have been built for a while, just old inventory thats been hanging around, IMO.
