The all-new 2017 Hyundai Elantra ECO is now available, and the most fuel-efficient model in the line-up starts at just $20,650.
The pricing for this model is a little higher than other similar sedans, but you get a whole lot more for the money than you do with the competition.
Under the hood of the 2017 Hyundai Elantra Eco is a 1.4-liter turbo GDI four-cylinder engine that delivers 128 horsepower and 156 lb-ft. of torque, which is mated to a 7-speed EcoShift DCT with Shiftronic.
All of that delivers a fuel economy of 32/40/35 mpg city/highway/combined, which means an annual fuel cost savings of about $900.

In comparison, the base 2017 Elantra SE pricing start at $17,150, and delivers fuel ratings of 26/36/29 mpg, while the Limited trim level delivers 28/37/32 mpg, and starts at $22,350.
The front of the Elantra Eco comes with a cool hexagonal grille and LED daytime running lights on either side.
The interior comes equipped with a 3.5-inch TFT monochromatic cluster display and a 7-inch Display Audio that features CarPlay and Android Auto.
Standard features include proximity key with push button start, heated front seats, leather trim on the steering wheel and shift knob, and dual automatic temperature control.
The steering wheel features controls for Bluetooth, cruise control, and the audio system. Also included are a sliding armrest, illuminated visor mirrors, sun visor extensions, a front passenger seatback pocket, and auto-up driver’s window.
